Instructions to gain access to prepaid caretool with sso

1. Step 1: log on to mycomcastaccess by visiting my comcast access
2. Step 2: Select Identity & Access Managment Request Access
3. Step 3: Select the current logged on user or look up user and click Next
4. Step 4: While in Application Tab look up Prepaid Care
5. Step 5: select the profile based on the line of business, if you are not aware reach out to your supervisor. Once the profile is selected, Provide Business Justification and Click Submit
6. Once approvals are completed, access will be granted to prepaid care tool, access care sso by visiting care sso
